The amount of your rebate is directly correlated to the commission earned on the transaction. 20% of commissions received from your transaction to the Local Agent Network will be credited back to you as a rebate or other allowable incentive in your state.
Registration & Requirements
Registration is necessary because it allows my team to connect with you, develop a strategy, communicate throughout your escrow period, and notify you when your rebate is sent.
In order to qualify for the rebate, you must (1) register below and (2) close on a real estate transaction through an affiliated partner of the Local Agent Network. Our agent partners have been vetted to ensure you receive top-notch care, representation, and value throughout your transaction.
Closing
The disbursement of your rebate is directly correlated with the closing of your real estate transaction.
Once our team is notified that you have successfully closed on your real estate transaction, we will verify the transaction with your immediate sales agent and schedule your rebate for disbursement.
Disbursement
After verifying your transaction has successfully closed with your immediate sales agent and commission payments have been received by the Local Agent Network, your rebate will be disbursed directly to you based on your disbursement preferences.
Generally, proceeds are received within 10-14 calendar days of your closing.
